Cooking bacon has never been easier! I love bacon, but I absolutely hate cooking it. All the grease and splattering makes it such a hassle. However with this dish, you can put uncooked bacon in the microwave and it's done in minutes. The grease falls between the ridges and leaves the bacon cooked perfectly, in half the time without the mess. There are lots of things you can cook in this stoneware, both in the oven or microwave - but for the bacon cooking alone, I think it's worth it!
